Matthew spent the weekend with his brother and dad for the last weekend of duck season. He wanted me to meet him in Little Rock with Belle, but that wasn't going to happen. Ravin got to do all the retrieving herself. They got their limit on Saturday.

My goodness, that's a lot of birds! Our Dixie and Heidi got 4 quail this afternoon. Both are holding their points well, and Heidi is beginning to fetch. We're not ready for competition -- not really our goal anyway. Congratulations on such a successful hunt! When does Cailin get to tag along?
